For our International Client, a global company located in Krakow, we are looking for Translation Project Manager, fluent in German. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of translation projects in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of translation projects in accordance with the standards and expectations of clients
Monitoring the team's work and the whole project lifecycle process
Managing the project’s budget
Ongoing contact with customers, maintaining long-term relationships, Representing the organisation to customers
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
Job requirements:
Fluently German (at least C1)
Very good English (B2 level)
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to work under time pressure and excellent communication skills
Multitasking, organisation skills
