Senior Recruitment Specialist - internal HR
Our Client is an international company from investment management industry with one of its offices located in Kraków. Currently, as the structures are significantly growing, we are looking for an independent Recruiter who will be supporting end-to-end staffing process.
>b>Scope of responsibilities on this position will include management of internal referral programm, processing of internal applications as well as actively searching and interviewing Candidates for open roles, mostly focusing on Finance and Accounting recruitment . Additionally, this person will manage the cooperation with recruitment agencies and closely cooperate with Hiring Managers and Business Partners to discuss hiring needs and advise on local employment market. You will also represent company during recruitment events such as job fairs and work on employer branding and candidate experience projects.
We are looking for Recruitment Specialist with previous experience either in internal HR teams or recruitment agencies. Fluency in English as well as knowledge of sourcing methods and platforms is also required. Successful candidate needs to present excellent communication and interpersonal skills with very good time management and prioritizng skills.
